• Security Operations Centre - The newly introduced state-of-the-art Security Operations Centre provides a functional human interface while allowing centralized control of CCTV cameras, access control and life safety systems. Located on the basement level, the new centre offers a discreet environment while maintaining tenant access.

• Elevator Enhancements - New call button panels complete with card access in all elevator cabs now provides enhanced building security and tenant access. The upgraded system offers the ability to perform a full lock down enhancing the overall security of the building.

• Brookfield Properties Emergency Alert System (BP-EAS) - This powerful tool allows predetermined tenant representatives to be notified and updated in the event of an emergency. The system sends simultaneous notifications via phone, email and text message to various contact points.
